    • Our goal is to take unattended retail into the future.  In fact, we don’t consider ourselves a vending operator at all.  We specialize in cashless solutions that fit naturally into the changing work/life environment.  Whether it be our smart coolers which are powered by AI cameras that detect what items are being purchased, to complete micro markets which allow customers to comfortably browse our selection and pay for items at the self-serve kiosk, our retail solutions are quick, easy, and intuitive.

    • We offer three main types of systems;

      • AI Smart Coolers: These machines have a credit card reader that allows a person to open the door once a payment method is authorized.  After items are selected and the door is closed, the machine will automatically charge for the products that were removed.  These coolers come in a variety of sizes and can store virtually any product; cold drinks, snacks, frozen foods, electronics, household essentials, and even tools.

      • Micro Markets: These are custom built self-serve retail centers.  Products are displayed freely within the center and customers can pick and choose what they want.  When they are ready, they can scan and pay for the items and continue on their day. Micro Markets are great additions to large apartment complexes as this can set the property apart from competitors by providing a hugh convenience to its residents 

      • Wall Mounted Vending:  These machines come with a large 32” LCD display and are definitely an eye catcher.  These are much smaller than a traditional machine (about the size of a large medicine cabinet).  We typically place these machines in bars, restaurants, and any other location that is limited on space.  Depending on the location, product mix can vary widely.  For example, in bars and restaurants, we have sold energy shots, phone chargers, dental hygiene products, feminine products, medicine, breath mints, and even games.

    • Yes, we still operate traditional machines at a lot of locations.  We understand that not all environments can be successful with a new idea, at least not right away.  And so we continue to service traditional equipment to the same standards as our other retail solutions.  We also continue to monitor each of those locations and try to make the change when/if the time is right.

    • No.  With all our retail solutions, there is no cost to the business.  We provide the equipment, the planning, custom build (for Micro Markets), stocking, servicing, insurance, etc.

    • Smart Coolers and Wall Mounted Machines typically take 2-4 weeks to put in place.  Once we have a contract in place, we order the equipment and have it shipped to our warehouse to test and set up.  This usually takes 3 weeks.  We’ll need another week to schedule the installation.

    • Micro Markets can take 30 to 45 days to set up, but we typically can have this installed in less time.  This is very site specific as we need to get measurements and drawings for the space that the market will be in.  In some cases, we can get a market up and running in 2 weeks if the space is small and we don’t need elaborate custom buildouts.

    • All we need is the space and a 110 volts power outlet.  We provide our own data plan for our credit card reader and inventory management software so you don’t need to share your wifi or network information with us.

    • We absolutely offer custom products.  In fact, we encourage every business to let us know what they would like to see and we will work to create a product mix that is tailored to each specific location.

    • All of our Smart Coolers have real time inventory management, alerts, and camera feeds.  If there is any problem, our technician will know immediately and will plan accordingly to fix the problem.

    • There are no long term contracts if you choose to place a Smart Cooler or Wall Mounted unit.  All we require is a 30 day written notice that you would like to remove our equipment.
